The total pages of my thesis should be around 200 pages, including 5 chapters.

Chapter 1 Background and Significance, 25 pages planned
Chapter 2 Alkaline Permethylation Method for Protein Adducts Analysis, 50 pages planned
Chapter 3 Formation of Cytochrome c Protein Adducts and Crosslinking, 50 pages planned (manuscript accepted with around 30 pages)
Chapter 4 Targeted Proteins by PCB Metabolites, 50 pages planned
Chapter 5 Future Directions of Protein Adducts Research, 25 pages planned
I planned to finish Chapter 1-3 and Chapter 4 by the end of the summer.
