Goal for Day 2

Writing:
1. finish the left part of the review paragraph for quantitative proteomics
2. paragraph for techniques in quantitative proteomics and SILAC (stable isotope labeling with amino acids in cell culture)

Lab work:

validate the liquid-liquid extraction condition after protein precipitation from cell culture media

I finished the paragraphs for quantitative proteomics and techniques using in quantitative proteomics by noon. Still need to work with the review of SILAC method. Getting better with my writing now. However, I still need to read more to put more contents and details for the paragraphs of background information.
